Thank you Judg for the suggestion! Phew! What a night Gabi and I had a blast at the charity dinner. I got to actually teach her how to two step while we listened to The Lost Trailers. No, they didn't play any of their old stuff while we were still there Oh well, she had a blast! She says her legs hurt now, lol. Poor kid, wait till I teach her how to waltz!
So, it turns out that I didn't need the almond crackers, but those things are so good that I eat them anyway. Dinner was prime rib! Yeah, I said prime rib. Let me say that again PRIME RIB! Coor Cowboy Cooks hosted the dinner tonight. I thought my eyes were deceiving me at first and maybe they were just overly thick slices of brisket until I got closer. Best thing ever! I would like to thank my work for getting our table tonight I did split a baked potato with Gabi, of which I ate about half of that. They had salad and dressings. I know my dressing probably had some sugar in it. I asked them to load me up with some tomatoes, but I got like 5. Oh well, can't be too much of a punk!
B: 3 egg omelette with sauteed spinach and shitake mushrooms
S: Mixed berries and macadamia nuts
L: Leftover chicken piccata and some roasted carrots. Salad with homemade dressing.
D: Fried halibut with coconut flour mixture (I've got to find something better because this falls apart too easily) and some oven baked potatoes
S: Marzipan...........thewholelog........ 4 pcs 85% Lindt
Drinks: Coconut milk, water, and some wine last night to watch the kick ass sunset from my front porch
Workout: Yoga Flex
B: 2 pcs bacon and some sauteed spinach
S: Mixed berries, macadamia nuts, and 6 pcs 85% Lindt (I think it might be time to move onto the darker stuff)
L: leftover fish and some salad with homemade dressing
S: Almond crackers, not sure how many though. Couple of handfuls of goldfish and some seasame sticks.
D: PRIME FREAKING RIB! Half of half a baked potato. Salad with dressing
Drinks: Water and some red wine. Only about 6 sips worth.
Exercise: 10 Min Trainer Cardio, 5 mins of the Ab workout, and TWO STEPPING! Worked up a sweat tonight Man do I LOVE to dance!
