    Primal Fuel

@NoSalad -- It might help for you to use some of your carbs on foods that are also high in fat, like avocado and nuts. You can also add extra dressing to salads, drop a dollop of oil into one-dish meals like chilis, soups, and curries, etc. And I, too, like to drink chilled coconut milk.

Shredded coconut is still coconut. It has the nutritional properties of coconut milk and oil except a little less lauric acid. Organic shredded coconut is very cheap and there are hundreds of things to do with it.

But... but, Mark says to get lean meats if you can't get organic

    I am so confused!

I have been having hard time wrapping my head around the fact that if there is enough fat available as a fuel from food then why the heck your body will burn your bodyfat?

Please please please someone help me with this concept !

I don't have any carbs to use, I eat some cooked veggies and mostly fatty meat I cook in duck fat.

i feel great, just my mind is a little sloooooow.

    P.S I just started.

    P.S2 someone mentioned a low-carb flu?

@NoSalad -- I'd listen to Mark re the lean meats (cooked in copious quantities of healthful fats, of course) if you can't go with with organic, grass-fed for now.

I'd LOVE to be eating all fatty, grass-fed meats as Stabby recommends, but it just ain't in the budget at the moment.
