Hi MDA Forum!
My name is Kevin, and I'm new to the forum and to the Primal Blueprint. I just had my 39th birthday, and realized I had better get to work if I want to hit 40 in the best way I can. I've been doing my research, and I'm pretty sold on Primal.
I'm a professional chef, which I think will both help me and hurt me in my transition to healthier eating. I'm looking forward to learning a lot here.
Welcome, and look to the positives about being a Primal chef (or a pro chef who personally eats primal). What a great position you are in! I still enjoy baking, but I bake for others and continue to eat PB.
Will you be attending PrimalCon in April?

I don't think the con is in the cards this year, hopefully next time
