    Heartfully agree with johneve. Whey has its place and time. As a food however, it sucks.

    There's a lot more to the equation than bio-availability and macro's.

    If you're building muscle isn't whey important? You'd have to eat a lot of meat if you wanted to him the grams of protein you needed.

    That one has a lot of garbage in it, sugar, xanthan gum, soy. I use this one, pure whey, and add what I want, berries, sweeten with stevia. I use it because it's good for healing the gut, although I do some heavy lifting when I'm landscaping, that's more an afterthought.

    1. gold standard is really good. only protein that has given me more gains is "muscletech"

    2. Why dont you believe in the window? any proof? or just (un)educated guess on your part?

    While I do use whey, it's really not too hard to eat 150-200g of protein a day. That's really only a decent steak, some chicken, some eggs, maybe a little yogurt.

    Jay Robb whey protein is best brand I have found. They have it at GNC. I buy online. Check it out.
