I've developed a little bit of an addiction. The omega 6s in them aren't good is that right?
It's a whole-food source so it's not as bad as eating a ton of almond flour or almond oil. But I definitely wouldn't be making any nut a significant source of my daily calories.
Today I will: Eat food, not poison. Plan for success, not settle for failure. Live my real life, not a virtual one. Move and grow, not sit and die.
