I see some things we can take out, instantly: swap canola oil, soy sauce for maybe butter, coconut oil, tamari, respectively; I'm a little torn on the corn starch (maybe some rice, or tapioca alternative?).
Found a recipe for those of you who love Chinese and can't get it anymore. This particular recipe is not primal, but I bet it could easily be made that way by swapping a few ingredients. Got DH's go-ahead to try this one. We're HUGE Mongolian Beef fans!

Speaking of Canola Oil, I had to defend my choice of coconut oil/butter (somewhat) when my friends saw I opted for a bulk pack of butter at Costco (can't complain about four hunks of butter for $6.79). One of them said Canola oil lowered LDL. I didn't go for the direct attack, but indirectly attacked, by saying Coconut oil had aided a doctor's husband in memory function; and this was a husband already suffering from Alzheimer's.
yummmm! looks great
