How Primal are you: 100%---I tapered the first 3 days
Do you consume dairy: No, not now. I was a HUGE string cheese/Babybel cheese/ goat cheese/ milk gal but find I don't miss it the most on the Primal plan.
Do you drink coffee or tea: Coffee
Motivator for switching to Primal: My wedding dress.
Favorite exercise: Triathlon sports and anything that works my butt
Favorite Primal food: Not one food, but permission to work with marrow and animal fats
Best part about being Primal: My stomach--I'm satisfied from my meals but not heavy feeling or bloated. Plus, every day is a "flat belly day".
Worst part about being Primal: Oddly enough, I don't miss pastas and cheeses and the ease of slapping a turkey on wheat when I'm in a rush and need a quick lunch. I miss black beans and chickpeas and green beans the most!
Green beans and all fresh legumes are primal! And dried beans other than soybeans are not so bad at all, especially for someone like you who is very active.
