    I have been doing some of movnat workouts for a few months now and it´s great! I´m planning to make a full transition to it in the next month or so.

    MovNat is where I want to take my exercise, eventually. So far, I'm still pondering my options, as I have a very urban neighborhood, and not the best of areas, either.
