I did some reading and research on Primal/Paleo last week and thought I'd give it a try. I'm not diving in 100% primal but rather easing in. (I am not ready to give up chocolate or my daily string cheese just yet!) Today was day one. My boss gave me a lot of flack so if she says one more "oh that can't be a primal/paleo food!" I'm going to lose my mind-- I didn't tell her about this so she could mock me!

ANYway, tips & how-to are welcome since I'm still figuring it all out. It would be really awesome if there were some folks in my area, Northeast Florida, local folks who can relate. Message me if you are here!
