Thanks to pregnancy the sound of plain meat is very revolting to me yet any meat mixed with a sauce or in something junky (thank you carb cravings....sheesh) is very appealing. How do you jazz up your meat? I don't have very many spices, and I don't like spicy things, which is why I'm mostly asking for sauces. Thank you!
I tend to make a sauce with the pan juices, a little double cream and black pepper or fresh herbs...yummy
