Workout: Wanted to find my squat max and see where I would go.....

Felt good and warm...wanted 285 something bad but didn't have it in me. Wanted to do some more so I did the following.

225 x 5
225 x 5
225 x 5
225 x 5

That gave me a good burn and considering I just went max out a couple of times thought that would be enough for the day.

One day later my legs are smoked!!!!
