Yeah, Candy, I sure do! Lack of imagination perhaps... I love them, though.

Didn't end up with omelet for dinner, had some pork, yoghurt, blueberries, and dark chocolate.

As Wednesday is drawing to an end here in the far north, I sum up my day:
    B: 2 eggs, ˝ avocado, ˝ grapefruit
L: ˝avocado, chicken breast, feta, tomato, pepper, cucumber, rocket
    D: 2 eggs (there I go again)
S: full fat yoghurt, blueberries, dark chocolate

    Move: LHT at lunch
    Play: Yoga class

Now, the next two days will be challenging. I'm going out of town for a course. I am bringing my jogging gear. I am bringing an avocado, in case the food is utter crap.
I WILL stay away from the cookies.

I didn't bring any fruit to work today. Ok, I forgot. But I felt really good without it. Maybe I am ready to actively decrease my fruit intake.
And I know my dairy is too high for PB. I am doing one thing at the time here. Never tried that before. Never really had great results before either...

One thing at the time, babysteps, that's a good approach. You feel when you're ready for the next step. As I felt I was ready to skip breakfast (my stomach just doesn't like breakfast anymore and I don't get hungry before lunchtime; this was completely new to me too!).

Good luck on your trip! I'd say make the best choices you can and don't stress over it too much. I was thinking yesterday: I guess Grok will have eaten something he didn't know once in a while. If he was hungry and found a plant with legumes, I bet he would have eaten them and not said "hey, those are legumes and I'm not supposed to eat them". And if he didn't feel bad after eating them, he would probably eat them again .

Day 1 of trip done, and successfully so!

    B: ˝avocado, 2 eggs, ˝ grapefruit
    L: chicken, vegetables
    S: pear
    D: pork, vegetables

Avoided: bread, cake, cookies, beer, dessert and candy! Yay me!

No time for jog today. I will see how cold it is tomorrow morning. Might go for a jog.

And I have a date tomorrow night.

I heartily agree with the one thing at a time method. And plenty of time to get used to stuff, as well. I think many of us are prone to 'tweaking' after only a day or two, and are inclined to see small variations as a 'sign'.
Also, I think your amount of dairy is fine. Big question is: do you tolerate it? Judging from your physical location, your genes are probably adapted for dairy. Embrace your luck!

I'm glad the date qualifies as play. For some, it means stress! Have fun.

I might have had a little too much fun on that date...

    Saturdays journal:
    B: 1 egg, sour milk
    L: 3 eggs, cheese, butter
    D: meat, chicken, pesto, mozzarella
    S: cinnamon bun, sweets, apricots
No exercise, except for a 3x35 min gig, singing

    Sunday
    B:2 eggs
    L: meat
D: bread, cookies, milk and sweets
    Again no exercis

    Analysis:
Too little sleep=disaster. I was very tired after having slept 5 hours on Friday and 3 on Saturday. I *should* have gone to bed. Instead I ate. Next time a similar situation arises I will make sure to go to bed instead of eating.

And I will start tracking my sleeping hours. Starting today.

Yup, not enough sleep is a recipe for disaster. I always get the munchies when I'm too tired...
