Crossft - LHT or sprints?
Mark makes the WOW (workout of the week) as a LHT workout. These WOW:s are sometimes similar to crossfit WOD:s. Does Crossfit workouts (metcon based) count as LHT or sprints? I do crossfit at a box, focus on metcon and gymnastics, two-three times a week. Should I do sprints as well in order to do the primal workout regime?
Most of the cross fitting I've done were a combination of both, sorry for the vagueness. The beauty of crossfit, for me, is how I don't need to do it religiously, to get a good workout, and feeling good after it.
