I am wondering if any of you have a suggestion for a good-quality protien powder/supplement (either a food really high in protein, or a supplement)? I am worried about oxidized cholesterol in powdered stuff like whey or egg white. What is the best option for someone who needs some extra protien for bodybuilding? I did a little search, but didn't come up with much unfortuently.
