Looking for Primal Suggestions for Main Course for St. Patricks Dinner?
I was wondering if someone had cool ideas for a family dinner (including a 5 yo picky eater) on ST. Patrick's Day. Either something Irish (but can't be lamb) or something that will color the protein green? The sides are easy to come up with, but I'd like something very simple and meaty for the main course. Other than cabbage rolls, I can't think of much else, and well, I make cabbage rolls often enough!

Shepards pie with mashed cauliflower for the top. I want to try it with a topping of mashed rutabaga. But in my house we eat New England boiled dinner (corned beef with cabbage and vegetables), cooked with lots of pickling spice.
