New with lack of motivation
I know this way of living is good for me. I just have difficulty staying motivated. Anyone else like me? How do you handle this?
Make it public. Tell someone about your goals who will keep you accountable (setting goals in the first place helps too!). Join a competetive sport that will push you to improve your physical condition. Nothing has pushed me to improve my fitness so much as friendly competition with my martial arts classmates.
That's what works for me.
