hahaha that bathroom is our work bathroom and it's newly remodeled... it's actually kind of nice... auto flush toilets, auto faucets, etc. it's your standard corporate bathroom. It's WAY better than it was before and the color scheme in the girls is better than the color scheme in the boys (which is an ugly green and beige).

Candy, I don't have an ipad... I wish I could get her app. Brad and I are still considering getting a Chrome book... before he was adamant about it not happening, but last night (or was it the night before) he seemed a bit more receptive to it when I told him all they do is access the internet, work like our phones and are only $250... the conversation started with him telling me I need a tablet. <3

    my motivation

    As per Marcadav:
    Do 30-60 days clean primal.
    No grains, sugar, alcohol.
Eat 3 meals and primal snacks.
    Don't track food.
    Don't tweak.
Don't expect issues to go away quickly. Instead, just follow the plan and see how things play out.
Decide on an exercise plan you can/will do consistently during the 30-60 days and then do it.

I thought they might be levis. I where 529s. I'll see if I can fit into a pair of 505s next time I need jeans. However, I have 4 pairs hanging in the closet - waiting for my butt and gutt to get small enough to wear them. I can get them on easy enough -- but at my age, wearing THAT tight of pants is frowned upon! But - 10-15 pounds and I will be strutting my stuff in them!

I was looking forward to your response, Jon.

And bc apparently there's a reason I looked that good... here's the scale reading this morning.

Stoked doesn't even begin to describe how I feel! I haven't seen numbers like this since 2005 or earlier!

Go you, Jenn! You're doing all kinds of awesomesauce!
