Exactly. If I chase too many rabbits, I won't catch any. I've been tempted to try other things, but I'm holding back.

I truly hope I never have to. I am cutting back, because I know it can inhibit mineral absorption and that has been an important issue for me, but seriously, is a life without feta worth living? LOL! Okay, maybe it is, but I'm not going to go there unless there's a fantastic pay-off! But let's see how much better cutting grains will make me feel first. If that settles my issues to my satisfaction, I will probably camp very happily right there.

Change of plans... no BAS. I really am quite hungry for Village Inn, so that's what I'll have.

So I went to the farmer's market and there was a girl selling bread. I told her I don't eat wheat and she said "this is made with all purpose flour." I said "yeah, I don't eat wheat." Her response "this isn't wheat. It's made with white flour." Ok... walking away now... dumb!

Love these people. I once was at the farmer's market here and a man was selling sausage. I asked him if he used MSG in his sausage in a very friendly manner, explaining it give me migraines. He literally started screaming at me, yelling "you can't buy sausage without MSG anywhere!" I almost went straight to W.F's. to get some without MSG and return and show it to him, but WTF! I've found it best not to buy at farmer's markets as it's pretty risky. I like to be sure my vegetables and fruits are organic. When you see these perfectly formed fruits and vegies up here in the northwest at a farmer's market, you gotta' question their oranicisity!

Yeah... sadly she looked rather intelligent! I did buy a bar of soap made with herbs this couple grew. It's a chocolate mint soap bar! Made with oils and herbs. i'm excited to try it. They also infuse their herbs into olive oil. I'm excited to try that as a salad dressing.

Sadly, b/c I live in Iowa, there were no produce stands yet. Just people selling plants and (wheat-free) white flour bread (lol).
