Took my measurements. Disappointed to see there was no change since the last time (about 3 weeks ago). Quite possibly my body is holding onto water for muscle repair, but I thought for sure things looked differently in the mirror. Tape measure says differently, so I guess I keep on keepin on.
Giving serious thought to going VLC again. I've been sort of just LC for a while now b/c VLC is a lot of work - mainly keeping protein in check. I'll take the rest of this week to consider it. I'll miss strawberries and cream as that throws me over the carb goal every time.
