Ok, he was less than willing to change the photos, but he did it. he said teh new photos don't show the great changes... well of course they don't b/c I'm clothed, but some day, I'll be at my finish point and can publicize the photos then... until then, I'm no longer thrilled with the changes as the wow factor has worn off.

Still nice pictures! Just wait, in ten pounds you'll be all wowed again. You've done all this in 8 months? That's pretty impressive. I never lost more than 32 pounds in a whole year. Of course, I was too exhausted to move at the beginning, but still... You're doing so well.

Thank you, Judg. I still have a long way to go.

Salmon for dinner. Yummo. Pan fried in some Kerrygold with just a bit of salt and pepper... the crispy edges are the best part.

    As per Marcadav:
    Do 30-60 days clean primal.
    No grains, sugar, alcohol.
Eat 3 meals and primal snacks.
    Don't track food.
    Don't tweak.
Don't expect issues to go away quickly. Instead, just follow the plan and see how things play out.
Decide on an exercise plan you can/will do consistently during the 30-60 days and then do it.

Weight loss just doesn't happen in straight lines in real life. I find that when I look back at how far I've come, it helps a lot not to get discouraged when I hit one of those going-nowhere times. (I think of them as consolidating times, when my body is establishing a new normal.) Especially as it seems to go slower, the closer you get to the goal. I've been losing two pounds a month since on Primal, which is great, because it had only been one pound a month for the whole year before that. I made darn sure I lost that pound though!

    Thanks Judg and Tomi.

I learned today that the book I'm being featured in will go on sale around Christmas time. Here's a pic of the cover. I'm on the cover twice.

And since I posted this pic on facebook, I've had two people contact me to learn more about "this paleo diet". One sells Shakeology protein shakes. I love it!

I see you! Glad to see you spreading the word!!! I've had a few people ask me about this way of life too - but both said it just sounded too hard for them.......... please!! Its easier to be fat and get diabetes than to just cut out sugar and grains? whatever...
