Starting Sunday - Whole30 rules, with the exception of butter. I will not give up my Kerrygold. And I will not spend $4.99 on a block of butter to melt it down and turn it into ghee... I can't bring myself to ruin the creamy, yummy goodness of the KG...
BUT, I will cut out cheese, milk, etc.
I had planned on making "Mess" for breakfast for next week (hashbrowns, eggs, ham, green peppers, onions, etc, all mixed together and topped with cheese) but if I do W30 rules, I shouldn't be having hashbrowns. *sad panda*
I plan to do this til Thanksgiving, which is about 3 weeks. I think our first Thanksgiving dinner, which will have the treats I want to indulge in, will be the 17th. I will be able avoid the desserts and whatnot at the other Thanksgiving dinners, of which I think there will be two, with no problems.
I feel like utter crap. I am bloated. My size 13 Arizonas are tight. I feel uncomfortable. I'm yawning non-stop. I'm eating sugary item after sugary item. I'm developing zits on my face, on my back and between my boobs. My scalp itches to beat hell. My face is getting flakey. It's time to clean it up and get my pretty skin back. It's time to end the fatigue. It's time to fit into these jeans again (and possibly shrink out of them). It is TIME!
I'll follow 80/20 primal until Sunday morning. Then Whole30 rules plus KG. I will also be tracking my foods so I can monitor my macro percentages. I will aim for 70% fat. I think higher fat will help with the sugar cravings. I will continue my supplements as usual.
Ugh, I'm thinking of all the breakfast foods I won't be able to have b/c of W30 rules... that's dumb. I need to move on.
I am ready to get back to 184. That is my goal. Get back to 184. This 188 shit sucks.
