I'm starting to wonder if high protein is part of my constipation issues. Honestly, if I don't eat protein, I don't know what to eat. I'm still low carb and I'm hesitant to add anything back until I know that's not going to mess me up more. I guess I should try to peruse the "moar fat" thread, but it's so big already![]()
When I went primal, the protein increase helped get rid of my anxiety. I don't think excess protein has been a mental factor for me, but who knows.
