What makes KG so good? I always figure butter is butter is butter............ should I buy some?
I forgot to mention that Kerry Gold butter is worth every red cent I had to spend on it. I will make room for this in my budget, no matter what! Soooo delicious!
Great progress! Congrats!
Such sweet stuff from hubby. Hope he continues to improve and make progress too.
Boss sounds like a real jerk right now. Hope he gets it straight and apologizes and you feel better about the ordeal.
I hope your boss will make public apologies, Jenn!
It's good to see your husband is making some changes, and soooo sweet his reply on your status! And what a difference in the pictures, way to go!

Tomi, it's like it's got a fuller flavor, it's creamier and smoother. It's VERY yummy. I would at least try it and make your own call. As far as butter being butter being butter, this is grass fed and pastured, so I'm sure it's loaded with Omega-3s that aren't in regular store bought butter.
It's also very yellow, not pastel like the store brands. If you ever get fresh butter from a farmer, it looks a lot like this (though my one time experience with farmer's butter was that it was almost orange). I take it as a good sign! The first time I had KG, I was blown away by the flavor. Boyfriend said, "It just tastes like butter."
Journal on depression/anxiety
Currently trying to figure out WTF to eat (for IBS-C).
I am quickly coming to the conclusion that school is causing me a great deal of stress. I am writing a paper about "social space" in our office and it's making me anxious. Not cool.
I want chocolate.
Ok, I'm done. I am done trying to provide helpful information to MIL only to have her shove it back into my face. A new friend in the Paleo world had 3 great articles/posts on her wall dealing with Paleo and Fibromyalgia. I shared them with MIL. This was her response:
i have been at this 3+ years i know what bothers me and what doesnt thanks
so, I'm done. Screw you.
That stinks about MIL, but fibro sufferers are just like everyone else, they need to come to the decision on their own. I had a co-worker with fibro and a ton of other issues. She saw the difference in me and asked. I explained. She refused to try it, but said she would "do anything to feel better". I finally told her obviously she wouldn't. People play the game of saying they want to improve and feel better, but deep down, they don't want to work for it and change their behaviors, they just want the issue to go away on its own.
Anyway, sorry about the rant, it just irritates me as a fibro sufferer. I know what a difference it makes.
School sounds stressful. I give you so much credit for continuing your education!
