New to Primal
I am new to the Primal lifestyle and I am not really sure what it entails. Can anyone give me a concise summary of what it is?
Pretty basic --- eat clean, unprocessed foods. Eliminate grains, rice, beans and legumes.
Read Marks basic rules - there's only 10 of them.
