    While doing the bulgarian squats, I'm noticing significantly more strain in my elavated leg than in my working leg. I'm going to have to check my form, because this does not seem correct to me. Thoughts?

    Four weeks ago, when I started these were the times.

    Lap 1: 32.06 (+9.42)
    Lap 2: 28.57 (+5.69)
    Lap 3: 27.33 (+5.72)

    Quite the improvement IMHO. I still want to push the time under 20 sec per lap. After that I'll probably change it to 3 sets of 2 laps.

    I didn't work out on Friday. Why? Because. That's why.

    I'm noticeing that my upper body exercises are fluctuating. I'm wondering if this is because I'm using less of the assit in the exercise, (chair on pullups, knees on pushups) or if it's just me not getting things done. Other exercises are progressing nicely. Progress pics going up in the B&A thread in the success stories subforum later today.
