You should just make your own coconut milk ice cream Meaty! You could put bacon and lychee in it. It's super simple to make. I made a batch a chocolate coconut milk ice cream a while back for mother's day and it was pretty awesome if I do say so myself. The vanilla chocolate chunk was also great. So was the strawberry...and the mango. Great. Now I want coconut milk ice cream.

Going to Toronto, 10-12th; gots me a hotel room, know all the eateries, know how Primal Korean BBQ sounds, going to an awesome concert... yet no one to share the hotel room/ foods/ joy...

IZ MAH BURFDAYZZZZZZZ! (tomorrow)

I've been working on my goals and brain washing methods for ultimate success... My weight has been stuck cause I keep forgetting to fast... But anywho...

Rules:
-> Fasting: 24h. [3x Week]
-> No Wheat
-> No Dairy
-> No Corn
-> No Rice
-> No Potatoes
-> No Sugar
-> Exercise every day
-> Walk
-> Concentrate on one goal at a time
-> Suppress obsessive- destructive thoughts

And that's all I can think of.
I keep a journal in Pages (Mac OX "Word" equivalent), so I probably won't be as thorough (and as whiny) anymore.
Tomorrow my parents will prepare a Primal BBQ feast :] And my mom will also take me out to sushi, one last time *tear* :]
AND THEN!!!!!!!.....
I will turn myself into the new and improved NMWS-3000!
- A state of the art machine, that only knows how to DO!

O_o I'm going too far with this... but you know what I mean, I think as long as I don't analyse the 'what ifs' of the world I won't have a problem on my road to success.
I'm also gonna try to stay in the "pretend as if" mode, like Mark, suggested :]
