    My take on Primal Beef Stroganoff

    Goals: Feel good, be stronger, and hopefully kick that arthritis in the backside! Oh, yeah, and losing more weight would be okay, too.

    Looking good, Kate.

    Served with? I find slices of courgette fill in perfectly for wide pasta and only need a very short while in a dry frying pan to warm through.

    As an aside, turkey works well for this dish.

    I just served it with a carrot salad, but courgette sounds wonderful! And yes, it would be great with turkey or chicken...
