I started off making Buffalo Chicken and Sweet Potato Meatza, as detailed here: Buffalo Chicken and Sweet Potato Meatza | PaleOMG - Paleo Recipe , but i ended up just eating the excellent toppings. My crust was ground beef. I'll try a lighter crust next time.

I made 3 pizzas in total yesterday with a cauliflower crust. I experimented making one pizza without the egg yolk (using 2 eggs instead of one) and that was 'wow, a real life pizza', as i may quote my man..
