I'm not quite two weeks into this lifestyle, and only the last couple of days have I really felt like I'm eating and exercising the way I need to be. That said, I think I have a yeast infection. I've only had 2 before in my life (and I'm 31), but I'm pretty sure that's what it is, although I'm confused as to how...I'm not eating all that crap I was eating before! Would the increase in fruit be enough to cause a yeast infection?

I searched this before posting and there seemed to be a lot of talk about PB being a great anti-candida diet. So, I'm just wondering if anyone else has gone through this?

Nope, I didn't experience anything on that line when starting PB.

Try incorporating some of the body ecology tips. They focus mainly on candida and yeast infections. Tons of info at www.bodyecology.com

And yes, fruit can make things worse. Adding fermented veggies can help control the yeast.
