    Yeah it does!
    I do something similar with mackerel, just don't use spring onions, garlic or olive oil but add kaffir lime leaves as well as lime/lemon juice

    Whack it all in a small pot and simmer for a few mins, or a bowl and nuke it for a couple of mins.
    Great over veggies, salad or a sweet potato... Aw, now I'm getting hungry
