    I've found ring work to be about the most grueling thing I can do.
    20 minutes of this leaves me feeling as though I've done an hour or 2 of "regular" BW exercises.
    I found plenty of tutorials on youtube.

    +1 to both Gymnastic Bodies and Overcoming Gravity.

    I've read Overcoming Gravity and it's a fantastic book. I frequent the Gymnastic Bodies site, but I haven't gotten the book yet.

    I've a set of rings and they are loads of fun. A 100 page workout book was included with the rings so I mainly use that when looking for ideas.
