Hi all, saw a great programme (link at first line) on the BBC iPlayer service, essentially it debunks a lot of CW on how we exercise, really interesting, and it supports in many respects the type of exercise advice that Mark Sisson dispenses

Well, pretty much all the research supports Mark's basic advice. You get fitter by resting, intensity is key, strength leads to endurance but not so much the other way around, long cardio damages you, etc.
