    201.8!!!! Day six.. not even a full week and I am down almost 7 full pounds!!! Two really good bowel movements yesterday which is not me! Usually they are very little and only every couple of days.. and that was with lots of water and grains and fruit and veggies... nothing seemed to make a difference.. Don't know if it was adding the coconut oil or maybe the yerba mate as some have said they are more regular since they have been drinking it..

    I do not like the pureed cauliflower!! Yuck, yuck, yuck! Had that last night with a couple eggs fried in my bacon grease..

    Haven't done alot of movement past couple of days, painting some rooms today so will get some of that in, and the weather is gonna be gorgeous tomorrow and the day after so gonna be doing some outside stuff and looking forward to the sunshine!

    Getting close to the ten pound mark, and most diets say the first ten pounds is always water weight.. well I don't know about that but I am hoping that this weight keeps slowly and consistently going down.. I know its going to slow eventually, but right now I am loving this!! The liver is what metabolizes fats and hormones, and I know from my homeopath and my ayurvedic that mine is "submerged" or sluggish.. they both have given me remedies to support it but nothing really seemed to be happening until I added primal to my lifestyle.. and coconut oil goes directly to the liver so maybe there is something there that is benefiting the process.. not sure.. but thankful for how I feel, for how I sleep and for the weight coming off..

    I truly feel like I am on the exact right road for true health and wellbeing along with the weightloss.. I am not resentful of this lifestyle at all.. still lookin for a pizza recipe tho!! lol

    202.4..... hmmm up a few ounces from yesterday.. but I have a feeling that I didn't eat enough! Also coming up on my cycle, so guess its gonna make things a little tougher right now.. Life is good.. I feel great.. Week one down as of today!!

    202.2 today.. so I guess I have hit my first plateau.. still doing well, although yesterday felt pretty hungry most of the day.. I felt full when I ate.. coming up on my monthly cycle thought so thats prob it.. also no poopin yesterday or so far today.. gonna do two tbsp of coconut oil today and see if I can be more consistent with that.. consistency is my biggest problem... I am not a regimented person at all.

    End day 8... just enjoyed a couple hard boiled eggs with a big glass of coconut milk.. nuts with iced tea earlier and turnip hashbrowns with eggs this morning.. ALOT OF LIFTING AND WALKING TODAY.. parked at the end of the parking lot at big lots purposely AND returned the cart to the store.. thats epic for me! Moved furniture and did stairs alot too.. so done for today.. now its rest time.. on to tomorrow.. fridge is getting low and challenges this weekend with being out and about all weekend at functions with lots of other food.. would love to drop to below 200 before then to keep me focused.. oh, and a really healthy poop this morning.. night night

    Not journaling like a should.. told you I wasn't real strict with it.. still primal... still loving it.. weight loss has stopped but what the hell.. maybe it will start again.. I just gotta be happy with being healthy.. I am in a pair of jeans I couldn't get in a couple weeks ago, they are tight, but on.. so I will take that success. Going shopping for groceries today.. Yay!

    Weight isn't doing anything.. but measurements.. are 45 37 45, thighs 28.. calves 16.. arms 13 1/2.. I have lost about three inches off my butt, ab area and one off my waist.. haven't really been doing alot of physical activity.. I think that needs to change now!

    8 and a half hours outside doing farm work today.. walking, moving, sawing, hammering, lifting, dancing, riding, and walking, walking, walking... I haven't had that kind of energy (and it wasn't wall bouncing, just steady) and want or will, to do something like that in a very long time.. it felt fantastic to be in the sun, to feel myself sweat, to see the accomplishment.. I'm whooped, but in the best kind of way! I had breakfast, an iced tea for lunch and nothing yet for dinner, yet I am not hungry.. no blood sugar drops, no dizziness, no weakness or nausea or nothin... wooooo fuckin hooooo!!!

    Two miles on the bike today.. and 12 standing push ups.. my heartrate didn't recover as quick as I would like so there is work to be done.. but I am doing it little by little.. egg crepe wrapped around salmon, onion and asparagus for breakfast this morning and some dark chocolate for snack.. not really hungry for lunch so I think I will go melt some coconut oil as I haven't had any in quite some time..

    Haven't journaled in quite awhile.. but I am still here and doing well.. I had pizza for the first time last night.. three pieces from a sheet pizza.. there is definitely something there in relation to eating the dough and wanting more.. I will have to watch that for some time I think, as its like the one potato chip scenario, never just one!
    I have added walking daily as of yesterday.. I lunge and squat randomly but not every day, also leg lifts side and back.
    I feel wonderful still.. stopped weighing and measuring myself, although yesterday I did determine that my frame size (bone) is large so that makes me feel better in relation to my goal weight and how people my height can go down to 130 or better.. I will never be there cause my frame is large, I would look shitty shitty.. I also have decent muscle mass but will see if that gets leaner and meaner as I go!
    Won't weigh or measure till april 15.. that will be a month and a half primal.. looking forward to the results!

    April 15 weigh in!!!

    199.4 !! a total loss of almost 9 pounds since starting.. march 1
    lost 3 inches on my waist..
    lost 2 inches on my hips..
    lost one inch on my thighs..
    gained an inch on my chest..
    everything else the same..
    this is with very little "exercise".. the occassional squats, leg lifts, lunges while on the phone or cooking in the kitchen..
    no sprinting as of yet or any of that..
    time to add it in and see what happens maybe?
    I feel amazing still!!! enough energy to get through my day.. no blood sugar drops.. easy to fast if I wanna.. stable moods.. and the occassional celebratory "treat" if I am inclined with no guilt and no binging, craving stuff..
    Well.. thats my update.. gonna stay off the scale for another month so see ya'all on May 15!!!!
