Hm. Interesting old thread. Now that I'm living by myself so I don't need to eat on any set schedule, I have been finding myself drifting back toward warrior diet style eating of one big meal per day with maybe a little snack before or after. A snack being something like coconut cream in a cup of Teeccino, a small chunk of cheese, a glass of kefir, or a pat of butter (just to annoy Choco).

What has been helpful for me is ditching the clock watching though. I just wait until I am really and truly tummy grumbling hungry and then chow down. Sometimes my big meal is mid day, sometimes early evening, sometimes later at night.
