Guys & Gals ... competition time! You can win a huge bag of nowt by naming this dish! You will get my eternal gratitude and the admiration of your fellow forum members for coming up with suggestions, but material winnings ... nowt!
Anyway, the dish ...
Come up with a flouncy name for it, will you?
It's pan fried scallops over Japanese omelette stuffed with seaweed in a creamy sauce made from salty stock and the scallop roe pureed with cream and coriander ... in the scallop shell.
I need a fussy name for it, but reached a total block.
Scallops in a rock pool? Scallops in a creamy mess? Scallops over some stuff?

I very nearly blended some mushroom into the cream sauce ... that's umami.
Simple name ... pure and perfect ... one I'll remember when I do it again with mushrooms.
