    Good scallop veggie recipe?

Most SAD recipes I've learned throughout my life serve scallops over pasta or rice. When I Google paleo recipes for scallops it's usually just how to cook them in lemon butter or wrapped in bacon but not usually a mention of vegetables. I find it easier to eat more vegetables if they are part of a main dish and not just a side dish. So I'm trying to find interesting ways to combine meat/seafood and vegetables into a main dish. Specifically trying to find more ways to eat scallops and shrimp with vegetables together. Any ideas?

Make cauli rice or zuke noodles and use the same recipes as before.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, steak in one hand, chocolate in the other, yelling "Holy F***, What a Ride!"

    Oh, those look delicious!
Weird how eating a SAD I always hated cooking. Now learning about all these delicious looking primal recipes makes me want to learn to cook.

Primal recipes really are so simple you don't need the recipe!

If mankind needed a manual, or even a recipe book, we would have died out millennia ago! Good food just needs putting together - my "recipes" are simply "what I did". Don't follow them, but be inspired by them and then put together the food you have available.
