Hey!! All you guys have been yakking on here and I didn't get so much as one email alert! I feel so behind...

Mommymd! What's up girl? How are you faring?
I'm happy... and busy.... just having fun.

Maybe I will submit a success story one of these days. I just always feel like a work in progress! We're leaving tomorrow to go hike the Narrows in Zion's with my fam, so maybe sometime between that and sewing Halloween costumes (YAY HALLOWEEN!!) I'll throw something together.

Dirty Dash was a blast as usual. I need to post more pics! It was easier for me this time- I felt strong and fast... and muddy. We made awesome time!

I just posted a direct comparison on the Before and Afters thread and thought I'd toss it on here too.

Pretty good eh? I feel awesome!

You look awesome too! (I know just what you mean by always feeling like a work in progress). I suppose that it's a good thing though. You are an inspiration!

You look great. We are all works in progress, but I still think you've (royal you, for both of you) got a great success story going on Actually, a joint success story about your journey together would be really good. I bet it'd get published on the site!

A joint success story would be great! The couples that do this together are so inspiring to me...brings a tear to my eye (and a smile to my face) to see the two of you together and so happy and healthy and loving life!

Better yet, a joint success story that has the whole family involved like you and WLB do!

I will someday sit down and write out our success story. It will be a family success story, I hope. You guys are just too much!

Okay. I have so much I should update on. There is too much, I will sum up. (Name the movie! You know it! If you don't, I disown you as random internet friends.)
Dirty Dash: The run was easier than last time- same course, different order, almost no obstacle lines. I am definitely in better shape! The run and the mud were quite epic. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.

    ...
And because you guys haven't gotten enough pictures of me all muddy muddy....
    ...

    Oh yes.

And since I have an epic Zions Narrows trip to sum up and that of course cannot be told without pictures, I will continue in a next post, shortly to come...
