Ok, I'm going to try to cut the "extra" fat, Workout more, and not be so afraid of carbs. And yes, I have unlimited CF access so that should all work : )
What would you suggest for IF? Once a week where I don't eat till 2 or 4? And when I do eat, make it a normal meal (meaning don't eat more to make up for the calories for that day?)
