Yesterday was hectic. Not ideal as far as my eating but I am down to 193lbs this morning so I guess it was not too bad huh? I had tea with cream and stevia for breakfast, 1 1/2 homemade hamburger patties for lunch with half a cucumber, a handful of carrots, 2 squares of 85% chocolate, and then a slice of chocolate cake. (pretty small one) But I was so full after that that I had a small handful of pecans (oops - nuts!) and a couple of bites of stew and another cup of tea for dinner. My appetite was quiet yesterday - such a relief as it has been soooo loud lately.
Another crazy day today getting ready for the craft fair tomorrow. Going to bake some primal goodies to sell too, just in case someone else there might be interested in something healthy to eat. If not, I know my family will take care of the leftoversI have never been to a craft fair before - none of us has so this is a first. Really hope some of our stuff sells... will have to take a few pictures for you all to see... I may be scarce for a day or two while we get over the craft fair hump.

Not sure if I should make a frosting to go on them to mask the hollows, or if I should just leave them home. Could one do a cream cheese frosting for banana muffins?
) and a number of the bracelets DD made. Sold all of the cake and a number of slightly flopped banana muffins. It was very interesting how many fun conversations we had with others who are wanting to go primal/ paleo or are 'sort of' primal. There were a few people who were so happy to find a gluten free cake - one lady bought 4 pieces over the day (she had a teenage boy with her!) Made some good contacts, the kids made a couple new friends, and we have contact info for some other weird people who are into grain free living and sustainable living too. Right up our alley. The kids had a blast trading stuff with other kids near the end too ...
