I have decided that my feet and calves are my inflammation barometer. Really debilitating pain in both feet lately. So hard to get up and move as a result. Cooking meals is torture and taking a shower is really nasty - I'm almost in tears by the time I can sit down and take the weight off. I think that is the other side of the equation - I'm too heavy for my little feet. I have been in a miserable funk for waaaaayyyyy to long. Hubby and I were talking about doing a Whole 30 to get back on track. I had tried boosting my carb intake (far from high levels though) due to my thyroid stuff. All that happened was I gained all the weight back and I feel horrid. SO I am going to go back to low carb - but not VLC. I am still going to have an apple or piece of fruit everyday and the occasional bit of sweet potato. I am going to radically up my intake of greens and other veg and cut back a little on the protein - I think I am eating too much for my activity levels. I think it is just turning to sugar and then to fat on my overloaded bod.
I have started a Facebook page for my Etsy stuff - there was a bug that I couldn't figure out for ages, but eventually got it straightened out. I had my first sale as a result of publishing the page yesterday - my sentimental sister-in-law! We'll deliver it personally today Silly girl, paying for shipping when we live a short drive away. I am trying to get a bunch of painting done to prepare for Christmas. I want to have a lot of stock on hand and I can do it without hurting my feet Grateful for chairs today -lol
