So happy for you to have reached the goal, not so much because of the number but because I know that you have found a way to get there that fits who you are and what you want to be able to do. Congrats.

Game on, Siobhan! Pebbles has my back. No longer will you be free to taunt me with your spiral noodles with impunity.

You know, Demuralist, I think that is the best thing about this. Eating primally showed me how much better I feel when I eat a certain way. The hard part was not slipping. Eating via the JUDD schedule is showing me how easy it is to keep on going after a slip. Thanks.

^ I'm hoping after my guest leaves I can get back to something workable. Primal works wonders, when I stick to it, but I always got (get) derailed by the occasional indulgence.

So very happy to see your awesome progress. I find it inspiring.

    Happy 4th!!!

And for me the beauty of a 5:2 is that is is flexible enough to allow sudden schedule changes. JUDDD was too structured for me. The best part of all of these is that, I think, it is so easy to jump right back in, and finding out that you don't need to eat every 3 hours!

Hah! You all are forgetting my spiral slicer is guarded constantly by three ferocious carnivorous steely-eyed cold-blooded predators aka housecats. You'd never make it out alive, or at least without opening some cans of Whiskas.

Pebbles, you'll need a side-kick. Your goat, perhaps?
