The mornay sauce was good, but I will add some mustard to it the next time I have it with pork. As is, I think it would be good on chicken and vegetables. Or, you know, toast!![]()
Sabine, if you are having a hard time keeping on the wagon just go back over some pages of your journal and see if that gives you a boost in the right directionI have a very similar problem. Me + moderation just don't seem to go well together. I would rather fast and then eat a big meal, than eat a couple small meals that don't feel satisfying... Just me. It would be wonderful to be able to take just one bite of chocolate and be able to walk away until another day .... my form of moderation is to share my bar of chocolate with hubby so that I only get half!! Otherwise the whole thing makes it into my belly

Don't give up what you want MOST, for what you want NOW
I do NOT miss toast. My Honey makes himself a slice every day, and I am so sick of toast. Toast, toast, toast! The melted butter is the only good part. And the jam. Or mornay sauce.

Hope they are all okay.
Mine is black and silver beads. Maybe I'll take a photo tomorrow.
Careful what you ask for
Your project lists always make me feel like I'm not doing anything. I'm in awe of your lists!
I don't miss toast either. I agree, it was only good as a transport method
There are several "old" posters that I miss too

PrimalCajun - I miss her too. Hope all is well.
Lexie = On facebook. Doing well. Not sure if she's still doing Primal, but I see posts from her periodically.
Lopisheep - I miss her too. Hope all is well.
GrumpyOldGuy-oilworker - don't know this person.
Betorq - or this one.
PrimalPapa - He gave up on Primal b/c it didn't give him the results he wanted - in relation to weight loss and type II.
Primal Papa did not give it much time, did he?
Grumpy was originally PrimalChild, one of the old timers when I got here. He bowed out when he saw where the forum was going. Still primal, I'd wager. I think he also went back to school.
Betorq joined roughly the same time I did, I think. I think he bailed when the forums were no longer useful to him. Still primal as well, I think.
