Oh, and I am trying Naiadknight's tea recipe. I had that awful clogging feeling high in the back of my throat last night, as though my mucus was going to strangle me(very unpleasant, as you can imagine) even though I was well-hydrated. So I gave it a shot. I had some more this morning. We'll see how it goes. I do have to slug some stevia in there to make it palatable, 'cause I am just not a green tea fan. Hopefully that doesn't negate ALL the good stuff. I DID sleep well.

Funny bit: I mentioned to Middlest that I was using Naiad's Kill-Everything Tea, and she asked me just whom I was intending to give it to. I didn't think of it that way!

Can you tell me Naiadknight's tea, or where to find it? I love stuff like that.

She uses one bag of Tazo Calm plus one bag of a green tea, together in one cup, to make a double-strength tea. She said any green tea will do.

It's a blend I discovered: half green tea, half Tazo Calm. If you can't find Tazo Calm, a bag each of green tea, chamomile, and mint would probably get you close.

I hope the tea works, Sabine. I like your daughter's response.

Bagging. It has now become socially acceptable in Canada to turn up with your own bags. I keep a few smaller ones in my purse for unplanned purchases and have a collection of reusable bags for grocery shopping. I still manage to have way too many plastic bags at home. I was always into re-using things, so I have stashes of them all over the house. Sooner or later, I will whittle them down, but I don't generate a lot of garbage either, so it is taking a long time.

I am trying to understand the point of no liquids in the courthouse thing. I am not succeeding. If they're concerned about people smuggling booze in or something, they would just have to provide the liquids themselves. I mean, really.

^ agreed on the liquids in the courtroom thing. Don't they understand dehydration? I'd buy a bottle if they had them available.

sounds like your house if filling up with all you're favorite people! Enjoy!

And congrats on that weight sleadily dropping - an added bonus to all the rest of the wonderful happenings!

I think the purpose behind the no liquids in the courthouse is OUTSIDE liquids - much like the airport - terrorism/security issue. If you can't bring liquids in, you can't bring explosive/flammable fluids in.

I was thinking the jump down to 205.5 was because I was sick, and that it would bounce back up, but it doesn't seem to be going that way. Fingers crossed that it stays off.
