adjusting recipes with liquid sweetener?
I really want to make these: Coconut Macaroons!!! Lillian's Test Kitchen
The recipe calls for 3/4 C of agave syrup ... does anyone know a good way to omit liquid sweeteners without sacrificing consistency? Would these just go to hell if I put in the same volume of milk or just didn't account for the extra liquid at all?
Also just wanted to share the site. She's really hilarious.
