    Fried Eggs with Bone Marrow

I just tried making some fried eggs and topping them with bone marrow. Cut bone marrow into small pieces.

I also topped the eggs with sea salt, pepper, chopped cilantro, chopped parsley and a dash of olive oil. Probably needs some habenero also.

Some of the best eggs I've ever had. Just two eggs can fill you up, but I made three.

@Grok: Marrow is indeed super filling. I bet it's amplified when served with eggs.

@patski: I agree. I switched to tallow from bacon grease a while back and I love it.

I always feel really good after eating bone marrow. I bet it is great in eggs. I eat it mixed with chopped garlic and fresh lemon juice over the top of shredded pork
Using low lectin/nightshade free primal to control autoimmune arthritis. (And lost 50 lbs along the way )
