Would love to see these client testimonials you mention. Are they posted somewhere? I've never really seen anything negative on Martins blog

If you are referring to mine, I'm in the process of getting my website up and running and will have all the testimonials, pictures, etc on there soon.

If you are referring to Martin's site, he has numerous testimonials. Check out his "Client Update" blog post from earlier this year for the latest...

Have seen the ones on his page, though would like to see some negatives about the program. You will have to share the link to your site when it is up and running!

(Much needed) Rest day today. I just finished a bit of spring cleaning around the house and have had 2 cups of coffee. Breaking the fast around 1 with a big lunch.

    Menu:
Bacon-sausage-egg scramble (loaded with veggies too)
    Sauerkraut
Cottage cheese (which I am still developing a taste for)

    Dinner:

2 big slices of meatloaf leftovers from dinner the other night
    Veggies cooked in animal fat

Didn't have much of an appetite tonight and was really forcing down the veggies at dinner. Having some trouble sleeping and I'm wondering what the problem is.

Took 2.5mg of melatonin about 20 mins ago and I'm starting to feel the effects now. If you have never tried it, it feels like taking ambien except no grogginess in the morning. Some people experience lucid dreams if they take too much but that has never happened to me.

    Sick in bed today. Dying.

Knew I wasn't feel great last night but woke up feeling like utter shit. Have no appetite but my lovely GF is stopping over to drop off some bone broth.

So very sick. Was hoping staying home yesterday was going to help, but sadly I am still bed ridden. Had zero appetite and clearly was not going to work out.

Started a fit day today. I'm not the type of person that usually sticks to a food journal but I am going to make the commitment.

    Snack:
    120g of turkey breast
    hunk of cheddar cheese

    Dinner:
2 chicken thighs with my favorite recipe from Primal Palate
1.5 cup full fat cottage cheese

I'm sorry to hear about you feeling sick. Be sure that you are careful with both training and fasting when you begin to feel your health dip...

Your body needs to be as stress free as possible as it battles the bugs...hope you feel better soon.

Broke the fast today at 1:30 with a Chipotle bowl:
    Double cilantro rice
    Double chicken
    Sour Cream
    Peppers/Onions
    Lettuce
    Salsa

So delicious and really glad that I loaded up the carbs. I was feeling so weak from the last couple of days with the flu and now I'm really looking forward to some heavy deads.
