    Would bacon fat work for this also? I've made these in the frying pan with coconut oil to mimic curly fries, delish but now I have to try these!

    Hehe! KIPPERS TITS! Love it! I particularly love the term 'gobsmacked'. I think it confuses people when I use it in public

    The other night due to some unexpected stresses I was having thoughts of buying a bag of potato chips and devouring them. Instead, I remembered I had another bag of parsnips in the fridge. 3 good sized ones with coconut oil and your BBQ seasoning hit the spot in a most excellent way. And yes, I ate them all .

    Those look amazing. Parsnips are one of my favorite things ever.
