I'm so happy you like them! Thank you!

Mousey, it's in the fridge at the verrrry far left, top shelf. Wild Boar Lardo. It says 'lardo'. Not even kidding.

Can you give me an approximate seasonings ratio? I've never made anything BBQ flavored before. I'm new to primal eating and I always just poured it out of a bottle before.

Thanks - I totally forgot to go today, so I'll hit them up on Thursday when I'm back in the office.

I'd say 2 each tablespoons of turmeric, paprika. About 1.5 to 2 tablespoons garlic powder.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

I eyeball EVERYTHING in the kitchen. Those are very approx.

Thank you for this . I've recently discovered parsnip fries, and feel "cheated" that I've missed out on the awesomeness for so long. My childhood memory of parsnips were something in a stew that was either pushed aside or hastily gulped down with a mouthful of other stuff.

Your seasoning mix puts them over the top. Made them tonight and had trouble leaving any for hubby. I may have to do it again tomorrow!!

Made these last thursday and then made another two lbs on Sunday because they were so awesome and I couldn't stop craving them!

My new favorite thing! Thank you so much for introducing me to them.

I pretty much do the same recipe, subbing out chili powder for the tumeric. I'll have to pick up some tumeric and try them your way.

    TheFastCat and GreenSprout:

I'm so happy you like them! It really is difficult to NOT eat the whole pan. I've done it, man. I've done it. It's totally worth it.

I adore paprika, and I'm always trying to sneak turmeric in to anything I make thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties. The special mix on these fries is outrageous!

tcb: let me know how you like them
