I'm looking for some new ideas for lunchbox protein choices for my 6 year old and 1 year old.
I've fallen into the habit of giving them gluten free sausages every day, which they love, but I know is not the optimum choice for them. The 1 year old can't have eggs (or milk) and the 6 year old doesn't like chicken with the bone in.
There lunch box each day is fairly similar. They have:
banana (1 yr old)/ milk (6 year old)
I don't normally cook on weekdays so I don't have leftovers to give them. But I can cook up big lots of food on the weekend I guess.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
