Cooking with Celtic Sea Salt -- do you grind it?
I bought some unprocessed celtic sea salt. It is very coarse and moist.
Please share your experience with the salt and how you use it. Do you grind it?
i bought some himalayan pink sea salt in a grinder. i got it at HomeGoods, actually. They also had huge chunks of it...I guess you're supposed to either crack it up yourself, or set it in whatever you're cooking, then take it out and store it till next time?
Not sure...how big are your chunks?
Not as big as rock salt, but too big to sprinkle on a steak. I will look online for a grinder.
